In 2003, we embarked on a mission to harness the diverse skills and talents within our family, founding Enzo Developments to provide architectural and engineering service. Our inaugural foray into the industry saw the successful completion of three single-family homes and a 44-unit condominium development, setting the stage for an expansive portfolio that would come to include recreational properties and pioneering land development projects.
